A bit about Lois - At the Commonwealth games she won a Bronze medal.....well done to this amazing 18 year old lady from Leeds.

Lois Toulson made a strong start to the 2017 season with two national titles at the British National Diving Cup in Plymouth and backed up her performance to win silver at the World Championships.

Toulson partnered Matty Lee in the 10m Mixed Synchro to secure the team's first medal of the World Championships - silver. She then finished in seventh place in the 10m Synchro with Tonia Couch.

Toulson's 2016 season was rounded off with a fifth place finish at her debut Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro with partner Tonia Couch in the Women's Platform Synchro final.

Earlier in the year, Toulson opened her 2016 season with two senior domestic medals at the National Cup, silver in the 10m Synchro and bronze in the Platform event. This was then followed up with a Platform event British title in Sheffield at Olympic selection trials in June 2016.

She excelled at the British Championships in 2015 winning the 10m Platform event and she then backed up her performance by standing on top of the podium at the inaugural European Games in Baku.
